Quick Start

There are some essential things you need to do before creating labels in ebizship. Users can always check the Instruction page under the Help menu after login for more detailed assistance with demonstration pictures.

• Web Browser Set-Up

• Compatible web browsers
We strongly recommend Google Chrome. Our website should also work properly under Firefox and Safari as well. We did not fully test the website under IE. You should not use any other web browsers not mentioned here. For Google Chrome, you MUST change the pop-up setting by allowing [*.]ebizship.net for the pop-up. To change the popup setting in Chome, please click the three-bar icon noted as "customize and control google chrome"->Settings->Show advanced settings...->Privacy(Content settings)->scroll down->find Pop-ups->select Do not allow any site to show pop-ups(recommended)->click the "Manage exceptions..." button->add [*.]ebizship.net and click "done" button.
• Javascript, popup, and cookies
For ALL browsers, you must enable javascript, accept cookies from ebizship.net and don't block pop-up for ebizship.net or [*.]ebizship.net.
• Trouble Shooting
If you notice any issues, please restart your web browser or restart your computer or clear web browser history and cache. If you still have a problem using the website after you try the methods we mention here, please contact [email protected] ASAP.

• Edit your Account Profile

It's important to keep your contact information, like your email, phone number, and other social media account update to date to make sure we could reach you in case there are some issues with the packages you send out. You can edit your account profile information under the settings->Account profile.
• Default ship from Address

Please contact our customer service to set up your own UPS, FedEx and stamps.com account.
• Cut off time
You can set up your customized cut off time for FedEx/UPS and USPS(weekday and weekend). All the shipping labels generated after the cut off time will automatically use the next business day as the ship date.
• Label Layout
You can set up your customized label layout(paper or 4*6 size) for USPS, FedEx/UPS shipping labels.

• Set Up your WebStore Accounts

Users can set up their Amazon, eBay, Paypal, Walmart, Newegg and other Webstore accounts under the Settings menu.

• Set Up product template

Users can set up a product template with shipping methods, weight, dimension, reference and so on predefined for bulk print or time-saving.

• Generate Shipping labels

Users can generate shipping labels from the orders they download from the webstore accounts or generate shipping labels directly by inputting the addresses. Users can generate domestic and international shipping labels for USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Users can also obtain the BOL for domestic and international LTL shipments by contacting our customer service.

Users must contact our customer service to obtain the BOL.

• EEI Filing

Users can obtain our instant and free EEI filing. We can do EEI filings for USPS, UPS, and FedEx for predefined commodities. For any new commodity, users must contact our customer service to add the new commodity into our system and please allow at least one business day for us to add the commodity for you.
